At Bagstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium accessory. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all dust bags, tags, and protective plastics are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
